Placing an Order
You can place an order via our online store or contact us directly for inquiries and to place custom orders. Wendy Gold Studios™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay, as well as Wendy Gold Studios™ gift certificates. WENDYGOLDSTUDIOS will appear as the billing name on your credit statement. Checkout as a guest, or register with us for future convenience, saving your account information, and allowing easy access to your order history and status.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on any order which is shipped to the state of California.
Changes to Orders
The majority of our items are custom made to order. Once your order has been placed with us, we get right to work creating it. Be sure to ask any needed questions and double check to verify if spelling, design, color, date, and size options are correct prior to completing the ordering process, as we are unable to accommodate any changes once the order has been placed.
Gift Messages
You may add a gift message to any order, and a note with the message will accompany the item when delivered.
Gift Certificates
Wendy Gold Studios™ gift certificates are available in any value from $50-$1000. The certificates are available for purchase online here, and can be emailed or mailed via USPS, then redeemed in our online store. There is no expiration date, and gift certificates may be partially redeemed, with the credit balance on file to be used at any point in the future.
Changing the World
We want to change the world, figuratively and literally. By using recycled materials and vintage globes, Wendy Gold creates beautiful works of art, and brings a new touch of earthly responsibility to her work. A portion of all sales of Wendy Gold Studios™ globes and maps are donated to a variety of local charities.
Order Updates/Viewing Orders
You will receive an email confirmation from Wendy Gold Studios™ immediately after your order is placed. We will update you with shipping information and a tracking number when your order is ready to ship out. If you registered with us when the order was placed, you can login to your account to check the status of your order, review account history and update your account information and preferences.
Updating Account Information
After registering for an online account, you will be able to login to update your mailing and shipping addresses, change your email preferences and/or change your account password. Should you forget your account password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Login page and you will be sent an email to reset the password.
