Quality work and artistry take time, and we take the time to make each Wendy Gold Studios™ item perfect for you. We ship from our studio in California or our printers in Oregon and Florida, so please add 5 business days-2 weeks to lead times (depending on the ship-to location) for an estimate of the total time from placing order to receipt of your Wendy Gold Studios™ worldly work of art.

Domestic (US) Shipping
Each product will be packaged carefully to arrive to you safe and sound. Detailed shipping information and is located above, and on every product page. Orders will ship using FedEx Delivery, and USPS for smaller items or anything shipped to APO addresses.
International Shipping
Due to the substantial dimensional weight of our products, international shipping expenses can be considerable. To accommodate your preferences, we provide both FedEx and USPS shipping options.
FedEx Shipping: While FedEx services may incur higher costs, they offer enhanced reliability and comprehensive tracking capabilities. In the event of damage during transit, we can promptly file a claim using photographic evidence, facilitating swift replacement or refund processes.
USPS Shipping: USPS generally presents a more economical choice; however, their tracking services may not be as precise. Should transit damage occur, customers are required to visit their local post office to substantiate the damage. Only after this verification can we proceed with claims, replacements, or refunds.
Customer-Provided Shipping: Alternatively, if you possess a preferred shipping account or wish to supply your own shipping label, we are equipped to accommodate this method.
Understanding that dimensional weight pricing influences shipping costs based on both the size and weight of packages, we aim to offer options that align with your budget and service expectations.

Expedited Shipping
We currently offer expedited shipping for domestic (US) deliveries only. FedEx 2Day delivery will arrive in 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight will arrive in 1 business day. 2Day and Expedited shipping starts after the lead time is completed, and does not include weekends and holidays. For ensured delivery within the timeframe, we must receive your order by 2:00pm PST at the latest. Keep in mind you must still factor in the lead time when calculating how long it will take for the order to arrive.
Tracking your Order
You will be emailed a tracking code after the order ships, to follow the progress of your Wendy Gold work of art. If you were logged in as a registered user when placing the order, you can also find the tracking information under your account.
