I wanted to take a moment to let you know how absolutely WONDERFUL the globe we ordered and received is! We love it so VERY much … it was the PERFECT gift for my daughter. She loved the personalization and that it had her favorite travel quotes. We gave it to her for her college graduation and she was thrilled (and the family and friends who have seen it have loved it too.) It was a definite hit!
I just wanted you to know what an incredible piece of art the globe is and how very much we appreciate it!
I’m thinking about whether or not I should get one for my husband and me as well. If so … I will definitely be reaching out again! :)

I am not sure where to start this email, seriously!
I guess the best way would be to give a little story/background to why I am emailing you……..On April 6th I filled out a form on your website just hoping to get response. To my surprise, the next day I received a response from the most incredible person, Kyla Winton, and that’s when the pure joy of my purchase started!
My beautiful wife, Tammie, of 27 years and companion of 34 years was coming up on her 50th birthday and our 28th wedding anniversary. Over our years together, we have dreamed of traveling the world and only started to do so in the past 5 years. We have always traveled/vacationed 2-3 times a year with our 3 children across the country but found a place that we as a couple, and a family, that could experience “ international travel” in some way. As silly as it may sound, it was Disney World/Epcot in Florida. We would walk by the countries and always say….”someday”, Many years ago, we bought a second home there so we could keep the “someday” alive while walking around Epcot! During time there, my wife and I fell in love with the movie, “UP”, dreaming of our future together in retirement! We have worked hard to see that future, earlier than expected. I wanted something that would blow my wife away to begin our journey!!!
Sorry for the long boring background information but I felt it necessary for the amazing work your team accomplished!
The idea was a “Globe Bank”………….I searched everywhere online and could not find a thing that would do my wife’s birthday and our anniversary justice! . I was going to order something and make it myself, but Kyla saved me!!!!!! LOL!!! Kyla was able to take my ideas, suggestions, reasons for the ideas and turn my dream into reality!!!!!! I had a timeline for the globe to arrive and it was met, which I never thought would be possible!!!! Unfortunately, I was called out of town for work and boarded a plane the day the globe arrived. It was supposed to be a 2-day trip but turned into 8 days!!!!! My wife joined me on this trip, so she was not able to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary till yesterday………AND WHAT A DAY IT WAS!!!!!!!!! It would be impossible for me to express in words my wife’s reaction to the globe, but it was beyond any expectation I could have imagined!!!!!
Kyla’s communication was second to NONE! In one email I asked her if she was the owner of the business because the communication was over the top and was floored when I found out she was not the owner. I was also floored by her appreciation and joy working for You. In today’s world, her words of her place of employment are rarely the norm and I wanted you to know this. Kyla is a treasure to Wendy Gold and I hope you know this…as I am sure You do! Whatever you are doing as a business owner and how you treat your employees, KEEP DOING IT!!!!!!
My wife and I have put a pin in the globe for your address, so we can thank You and Kyla in person sometime in the near future!!!!!!!!
Kyla, the special extra was incredible and almost overshadowed the globe because of the absolute thoughtfulness behind it!!!!!!! It is part of the display she is showing all of her friends!!!!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Wow is just the beginning of the customer service delivered by this seller. WendyGold Studios went above and beyond in helping us get this special Hawaii themed gift to our friends on a certain day. We ordered it three months early and they set everything up for it to ship just before Thanksgiving and it did, and arrived in perfect condition the day before Thanksgiving. The gift was beautiful and personalized and our friends were just speechless about the quality of WendyGold's work. We were that way too when we looked at their work at their Etsy site. We'll check their site in the future to check out gifts when we need something special and personalized. They went above/beyond a few times for us. We felt like it made their whole lives better that they could help us make this special order. They'll bless you too!

I love my personalized park map. I have been to about half of the national parks and it was fun to mark each one and plan future adventures. This is a beautiful well made product. The packing was beyond excellent. You can see the love put into this product. I highly recommend.
