Our Flora and Fauna Globe is a vibrant, handcrafted collage that brings the Earth’s biodiversity to life. Using exquisite vintage ephemera and engravings, this design features flowers, butterflies, birds, a dragonfly, lizard, and insects artfully layered over a beautiful gray antique world map.

Each globe is designed by artist and globe maker Wendy Gold, and sustainably made by hand in her USA based studio by artisan globe makers and professional wood workers, using eco-friendly materials and finishes.

Special design features include exquisite collage map art created from vintage maps, ephemera, engravings and illustrations, and our original globe design with a handcrafted wood base that allows the globe to fully spin around its axis. Because a World made by hand should tell your story, you can choose from four stained wooden base options, and add a complimentary personalized message of your words circling the North Pole.
